**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Operational Planner and working closely with the Materials Planner to provide daily administration support to the wider planning and production team.

As a key team member of the planning team the role holder’s key duties will include, but not limited to:

- Create daily pick lists for frames, CNC, spray booth legs and lineside
- Daily inputting of missed scans
- Daily scanning of frames and quarterly scanning of upholstery
- Daily and quarterly distribution of the production figures to the directors.
- Issuing tickets to different areas of the production team and for external suppliers
- Overseeing of spraying Legs (issuing tickets and dispatching)
- Procurement of external frames, spray booth legs and company uniform and all that ensues.
- Settling invoice queries on procured items.
- Perform the weekly fire alarm test for the site.

Pay: £23,200.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
