The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director with the effective delivery of the company’s marketing strategy through an omnichannel approach across multiple mediums and platforms. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for providing delivery support for all recurring marketing activity, as well as providing support for ad-hoc requests. Importantly, providing continuity behind critical day-to-day marketing deliverables, internal projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Act as a brand ambassador for a 105-year-old UK manufacturer, ensuring brand consistency through omni-channel, internal and external communication.
- Proactively manage marketing communication channels
- Produce creative content for online and offline marketing communications to actively promote product, culture, quality and values to customers.
- Coordinate digital marketing channels and associated agencies, including, but not limited to, SEO, social media, website and creative.
- Liaise with agencies to create and deliver effective marketing communication
- Support in the planning and execution of exhibitions and events.
- Support sales with the creation of all digital and physical marketing material and product information e.g., literature, presentations and product data.
- Deploy website amends, improvements and optimisation enhancements.
- Coordinate all advertising, PR and interaction with associations and directories.
- Support the building of a fully coordinated marketing strategy. Actively review plans to ensure alignment with the strategy and report monthly progress.
- Conduct research and build data for analysis

**The Person**:

- Able to understand and uphold brand characteristics and values
- Strong organisational and workload planning skills
- Proven qualifications in marketing (degree, HND etc)
- At least 1 years’ experience in a marketing related role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Copywriting and design skills
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A self-starter, able to manage their own workload and work independently with little hands-on guidance
- A team player, able to work with a variety of departments and adapt to a variety of styles
- A willingness to work on a range of varied tasks where no two days could be the same
- Passion or interest in motorsport, aerospace, automotive or engineering preferred, but not essential.
