We're now gearing up for a major scale-up from £2.5M to £6M+ and are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing engine.This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape how a multi-brand business grows. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create and execute a marketing strategy that drives consistent, high-quality leads and supports our expansion plans.The RoleWe're looking for a commercially minded marketer who can:Build and own the full marketing strategy across multiple brandsDeliver consistent inbound and outbound lead generationDevelop B2C and B2B nurture systems (architects, designers, showrooms)Oversee content, campaigns, and brand positioningReport weekly on performance, pipeline, and key metricsManage third parties, freelancers and coordinate internal stakeholdersSupport sales enablement with tools, materials, and messagingIntroduce structure, rhythm, and accountability to the marketing functionWhat We're NOT Looking ForSomeone who only wants creative workSomeone who needs constant directionSomeone unclear about their strengthsSomeone who "likes strategy" but avoids consistent executionSomeone with purely corporate experience and no SME experienceWhat You Bring5–8+ years in marketing roles, ideally in construction/home improvement/propertyExperience owning a full marketing function end-to-endStrong understanding of pipeline building and CRM-led marketingExperience with B2C inbound strategies and B2B outreachCommercial mindset — marketing as a driver of revenue, not "activity"Ability to work independently and introduce structureConfidence presenting data, reporting, and making decisionsAbility to grow the function and eventually hire/lead a juniorWhy Join UsA rare opportunity to shape the marketing engine of a group scaling rapidlyTrue autonomy and ownershipDirect impact on commercial outcomesExposure across multiple aspirational brandsA leadership team committed to growth, structure, and high performanceIf you want a role where you can genuinely influence direction, execute ideas, and help a business scale fast — we'd love to speak with you.
