Title: Senior Marketing Manager Location: South London - Office Based Salary: Competitive + performance-based growth Industry: Architecture, Design, Construction, Home Improvement Salary: £55k-£60k About Us We are a fast-growing group within the architecture, design, construction, and interiors space (Happy Building, SILVA Construction, Silva & Faber, Silverwoods). We're now gearing up for a major scale-up from £2.5M to £6M+ and are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing engine. This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape how a multi-brand business grows. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create and execute a marketing strategy that drives consistent, high-quality leads and supports our expansion plans. The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded marketer who can: Build and own the full marketing strategy across multiple brands Deliver consistent inbound and outbound lead generation Develop B2C and B2B nurture systems (architects, designers, showrooms) Oversee content, campaigns, and brand positioning Report weekly on performance, pipeline, and key metrics Manage third parties, freelancers and coordinate internal stakeholders Support sales enablement with tools, materials, and messaging Introduce structure, rhythm, and accountability to the marketing function What We’re NOT Looking For Someone who only wants creative work Someone who needs constant direction Someone unclear about their strengths Someone who “likes strategy” but avoids consistent execution Someone with purely corporate experience and no SME experience What You Bring 5–8+ years in marketing roles, ideally in construction/home improvement/property Experience owning a full marketing function end-to-end Strong understanding of pipeline building and CRM-led marketing Experience with B2C inbound strategies and B2B outreach Commercial mindset — marketing as a driver of revenue, not “activity” Ability to work independently and introduce structure Confidence presenting data, reporting, and making decisions Ability to grow the function and eventually hire/lead a junior Why Join Us A rare opportunity to shape the marketing engine of a group scaling rapidly True autonomy and ownership Direct impact on commercial outcomes Exposure across multiple aspirational brands A leadership team committed to growth, structure, and high performance If you want a role where you can genuinely influence direction, execute ideas, and help a business scale fast — we’d love to speak with you.
