- 3+ years' experience in SEO
- A drive to take full ownership of a channel and eventually manage a full department
- Offices based in Leicester - 3 days in the office and 2 wfh

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

We need someone who can handle things SEO with little support, that's not to say you can't ask technical, on-page and off-page questions to anyone but we need you to have a strong working understanding and be able to effectively problem solve any queriesand issues that our clients throw at us. You will implement ideas and strategy that will help our clients achieve unmatchable results, identifying ways that they can stand out from the crowd and stay competitive.

**YOU WILL NEED**
- 3+ years' experience in SEO
- A strong understanding of SEO tools
- Good knowledge backlinking
- Strong reporting and optimisation skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE**
- Agency experience
