Role Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing Executive
with strong digital, growth, and launch experience to play a critical role in bringing
FateDate 2.0
to market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is passionate about scaling early-stage consumer apps organically.
You will lead marketing strategy development, organic growth initiatives, App Store Optimisation (ASO), community building, content direction, and campaign planning. Your work will directly impact how FateDate is discovered, adopted, and loved by users.
In addition to driving marketing strategy, organic acquisition, and ASO, this role includes supporting
venue acquisition
and building
corporate and hospitality partnerships
. These real-world relationships are core to FateDate's unique value: creating curated dating experiences that connect users beyond the screen.
Initially remote, this role will transition into a hybrid working model as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the
go-to-market strategy
for FateDate 2.0 - Build and grow strong
organic acquisition funnels
, including SEO, content, social, and community - Take ownership of
App Store Optimisation (ASO)
for iOS and Android to maximise visibility and conversion - Drive
brand awareness
and user engagement across digital channels - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, PR, influencers, partnerships)
- Work closely with product and design teams to align marketing with product development
- Create and manage marketing assets including messaging, content briefs, social media direction, and brand positioning
- Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions
- Support the establishment of a scalable marketing engine as the company grows
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and grassroots growth initiatives
- Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
digital marketing

growth marketing
, or
marketing for mobile apps - Strong expertise in
organic growth
,
SEO
, and
content strategy - Hands-on experience with
App Store Optimisation (ASO) - Strong understanding of user acquisition metrics and analytics tools
- Ability to plan and execute impactful launch strategies
- Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills
- Experience in the
dating

social networking
, or
consumer app
space is a plus - Start-up experience is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
