We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist **(Organic SEO) to join our team. As a specialist in organic SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, reporting on results, and optimising existing efforts. You will oversee and manage our sub-contracted paid traffic, but be more hands on with the day to day e.g. blogs, website updates, and backlinks.

You will have huge variety in the role promoting sister companies and brands in addition to The Garden Design Co.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic marketing professional to use their skills to help grow our digital presence and increase our organic search performance. You should have a passion for all aspects of SEO, including technical optimisation, content optimisation, outreach, and analytics.

(Please note: to be most effective in this role, you will need to come into our office on a day to day basis).

**You will be responsible for**:

- Developing and executing an SEO strategy as part of an integrated marketing plan
- Creating and refreshing organic SEO-centric content
- Analysing and reporting on traffic and keyword performance
- Monitoring the algorithmic changes of search engines and modifying strategy accordingly
- Performing technical website audits to identify any optimisation opportunities
- Measuring organic search performance; tracking, analysing, and reporting on improvements
- Recommending and implementing best practices for organic SEO
- Working closely with content and design.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
