**Role Overview**

We are seeking an articulate, polished, and bright Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, who is looking for a demanding and exciting role in a global media and hospitality Company. You will be confident in assisting with both business and related personal matters to support the CEO as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Your ability to be extremely well-organised, always one step ahead, and flexible is key, as is being a good people-person with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage upwards.

In return we will offer a fun, lively and creative environment for you to work in with a great team. As a publicly listed company you will need to interact with multiple stakeholders from Board members to investors, as the first point of contact with the Company.

This position includes interaction and coordination across all our offices globally so would suit someone who is experienced in managing diaries across multiple time-zones. A second language is a plus.**

**Key Responsibilities**

Deliver proactive, highly organised support for the CEO in their professional and personal capacities
- Proactively take full responsibility for the management of diaries, organise and plan meetings and events
- Ensure that CEO is fully prepared and prompted ahead of key meetings, preparing context and background information documents as required
- Preparation and coordination of Board meetings, Board agendas, Board information packs, etc.
- Intricate calendar management, autonomously managing the CEO’s time
- Organise and manage extensive travel arrangements
- Be very aware of and prioritise the CEO’s business matters, raising as appropriate
- Assisting in the creation and development of documentation ahead of management and team meetings, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained
- To act as a principal point of contact for internal and external clients
- Process expenses for the CEO
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills, providing clear and consistent communication between the CEO, executive team, internal departments and external parties
- Confident, articulate, and can demonstrate great presence and gravitas
- Proficient at using Gmail/Gsuite
- Proficient at complex diary management and extensive travel arrangements to ensure smooth operational logistics
- Organised, detail-oriented and accurate
- Discrete, able to exercise good judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to respond to changing situations and priorities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Maintains confidentiality
- Tactful and discrete when handling sensitive matters on a daily basis
- Proactive self-starter with a solutions-focused, positive can-do attitude
- Approachable and supportive professionally
