Customer Service Advisor

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our LibraryPlus team, where you will use your customer-facing skills to deliver a wide range of services, including the provision of activities and services for communities, children and their families, within library community spaces.

Dealing with a variety of enquiries and tasks to include joining new borrowers, cash handling and local history enquiries, you will ensure that each customer has a positive experience in the library.

This post is part time, working an average of 23 hours a week over a 4 week rota and is advertised on a pro rata basis. The role will be based at Northamptonshire Central Library Library.

What will you be doing?

Supporting, mentoring and coaching, you will promote and enable a diverse range of volunteering opportunities in the library and wider community.
