Glasgow, United Kingdom Redblu Graphics & Displays Ltd Full time

Hi, Let me ask you a question:

- Did you love playing with lego as a kid? or still do?
- Do you like creating things?
- Are you accurate and have great attention to detail?
- Do you like to have fun when you work?
- Would you like to work in a company where every day is different?
- Do you want to work in a company where you can tailor your own role?
- Do you want to work for a small business going places, that empowers it's staff to become better, to take ownership of tasks, enjoying the journey along the way?

If you think yes to any of the above, get in touch with us.

Redblu delivers creative branding solutions more recently focusing our attention to the events space, designing and building trade show exhibition stands and conference sets. We also produce large format graphics, signage and interiors.

Due to continued growth we are needing to hire good people based locally to Cambuslang. Just off Junction 2A and 3, M74.

**Installation and Production Co-ordinator**
- A full time job where working ours can be varied and weekend work is required from time to time.
- Starting salary based upon experience. Salary increases in line with experience and skills gained over time.
- A Full Clean driving license is required (as is a love of lego or Meccano as a kid) but this is the only qualification you will need
- This job is varied, fast paced, interesting and comes with travel opportunities.

**The Role**

You will be mixing your role within our factory in Glasgow and out on site.

This is a mixed role where you will spend time co-ordinating our projects, picking and pre-building our stands, loading and unloading vehicles to then coordinating with our build teams as well as building and dismantling our stands.

The events our clients attend cover the entire spectrum from oil and gas to technology, marketing, recruitment and medical The work is varied and interesting and overtime or time in lieu is available.

Due to the nature of the vents industry and the unusual hours it keeps, flexibility is required. From time to time weekend work will be required from and your working hours can change from week to week. Notice of working hours will be given usually 2 weeks or more in advance.

An average week will see you in our Cambuslang factory but from time to time you will need to work on site, with overnight stays. Depending on the volume and locality of our projects it may mean spending a few days away per week.

Time in our production facility will be spent co-ordinating our projects once an order is placed. This entails;
- Submitting RAMS/CDM/Technical Drawings - Getting Approval to build from the organiser
- Booking flooring, electrics, rigging, AV, furniture
- Booking and co-ordinating with our sub-contracted build teams if not doing ourselves
- Picking and pre-building stands in the warehouse
- All projects will be run using Clickup. It's a cloud based project management software.

This role would suit a practical and organised person, someone who takes pride in their work and always strives for the highest standard with a positive attitude.

Although we are a modular system supplier (Aluvision and T3) we are asked for custom elements to our stands and it would be fantastic if you had experience in making counters and plinths from wood.

We are asked more and more with adding LED's to our stands. Having an understanding of how to wire LED's for counters, floor edging and custom graphics would be great.

In addition to the above, applicants should be eager to travel and comfortable working away from home and a full UK driving licence is essential.

As your career progresses with us your wage will increase according to your experience level.
