Ecotech Contracts is a dynamic and fast-growing business that are establishing a leading position in the origination and delivery of energy efficiency programmes. Our clients include many energy supply companies, network operators, Local Authorities, and industry supply chain partners. An important aspect of this is managing energy efficiency projects, i.e Energy Company Obligation (ECO); and delivery of retrofit energy efficiency measures in partnership with an extensive number of energy suppliers, installers, and other agencies.

Ecotech are looking for a **Retrofit Co-ordinator** to join our team, you will need to be driven, organised and an excellent communicator. You will lead the team and gain invaluable insight into the low carbon and energy sectors.
- This will be an office-based position working from our office based in Finnieston, Glasgow._

The position will be as a Retrofit Co-Ordinator with the ability to manage a small Eco team consisting of - a submissions administrator, retrofit assessor and installers, therefore some office management experience would be adventitious but not essential.

The Retrofit Co-Ordinator occupies a vital role within the PAS 2035 retrofit process. They are responsible for overseeing domestic retrofit projects from inception to completion and will liaise with homeowners, landlords, assessors, designers, installation managers and contractors, to ensure successful project management.

**Key tasks**
- To ensure delivery of retrofit projects within our ECO framework.
- To support homeowners and landlords through the delivery journey.
- To manage client, contractor and partner relationships.
- Reporting to, and collaboration with, partners and funders.
- Liaise closely with the wider Ecotech team to ensure successful completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting our ECO delivery by ensuring PAS 2035 compliance for each project.
- Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, installation teams and clients as necessary.
- Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements.
- Completing compliance checks of project documentation and evidence for multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.
- Responding to communication from customers in a timely manner and in a manner that builds customer loyalty and company reputation.
- Review chosen product specification and construction information for the works.
- Initiating contact with installation teams when required and be the point of contact to answer any of their questions regarding design choices.
- Provide guidance on commissioning.
- Ensure any material, labour or general requests are submitted to the relevant teams in a timely manner.

**Skills/Attributes**
- You will need to be motivated and driven to succeed with excellent communication skills, comfortable with multi-tasking.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and co-ordinate that of others to meet deadlines.
- You will have excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal analytical and presentational skills.
- Good understanding and capability with MSOffice office suite, ideally with knowledge of industry software
- An organised approach to project management with close attention to detail and a keen focus on processes.
- Effective relationship manager with excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage people.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with key clients and senior management, householders, contractors, planners, architects, engineers, building control officers etc.
- Advice and coordination services - Set client expectations as to what can be achieved.
- Understanding of when to seek clarification from other colleagues or experts.
- Assist decision-making and take projects in an appropriate direction in terms of scale, costs, other priorities etc.
- Sensitive communication skills including conflict management and resolution.
- Taking a considered and proportionate approach to risk.
- Can critically reflect on projects and participate openly and honestly in project debriefs and take on board constructive criticism from colleagues.

**Qualifications**
- Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
