If so, Harte Consulting are buzzing to announce a role as **Client Services Advisor, **working for a West Yorkshire company, who service the entire UK property market.

A **Client Services Advisor** role means playing an integral part in the success of the business. You will work as part of a compact Client Services team that have responsibility for the management of new agency leads, completing Customer Compliance Packs as instructed and converting leads received into confirmed conveyancing instructions to refer to the company’s legal panel.

**The role**
- Make outbound calls to potential conveyancing clients to promote the company’s services, fees and processes and convert these into confirmed instructions
- Manage tasks associated with lead conversions
- Obtain accurate details from the conveyancing clients to enable AML checks to be carried out
- To conduct AML checks and forward these to the referring agents
- Confirm all client information on the inhouse computer system is accurate and update/amend as appropriate
- Undertake other sales team administrative tasks as directed
- Ensuring all relevant information is imported into appropriate spreadsheets
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times and effectively developing relationships with referring partners
- Obtaining payment from clients where specified

**The person**
- Experience in over the phone Customer Service and/OR sales essential, but doesn’t necessarily have to be in conveyancing
- Love working as part of a small team
- You have a lively, enthusiastic attitude and personality
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
- Strong customer service focus
- Self-motivated and ability to use initiative
- Computer literate
- Ability to multi-task, diarise and prioritise tasks

- Up to £28k inclusive of OTE, £22,500k - £23,000 basic salary + commission on converted leads (up to £5k per year)
