Responsibilities Support customers via telephone and email, aiming for first‑time resolution. Complete all necessary calls and email interactions while using company systems. Work independently without a script, using initiative. Collaborate with a friendly team of trainers and leaders. Use free car parking and flexible work schedule between 8am and 6pm. No sales involved. Requirements Passion for excellent customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills. Attention to detail in all customer interactions. Comfortable using various IT systems. Commitment to personal development and high standards. Willingness to work full‑time 35 hours per week; shifts Monday‑Friday with flexibility for one weekend day and 2 consecutive days off. Eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
