Our healthy, growing business requires a full time customer service representative to join our friendly and supportive team.

Your role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Request additional information from patients as required by our clinical team
- Solve customer payments issues
- Be first point of contact for our delivery partners
- Support customers placing orders

**Essential Qualities**:

- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- You must love helping people
- Positive attitude
- Works well as part of a team

This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting customers with their health needs and can handle sensitive conversations politely and professionally. Training and shadowing opportunities will be provided and you will always have access to a member of the wider healthcare and clinical team to support you.

**Experience/ Qualifications**

Health Sector experience, particularly patient-facing, desired but not essential

GCSE standard. English pass essential

IT skills - e mail and word

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
