**The Role**
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Ensure the smooth running of facilities.
- Liaise with contractors.
- Perform maintenance compliance tasks including: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical systems, Resident emergency systems, Equipment repairs, Interior and exterior finishes.
