**About The Team**:
Reporting into our Facilities and Maintenance Manager, the Role provides support to the whole Facilities and Maintenance Team. There will be the requirement to ensure Operational Facilities and Hygiene run seamlessly.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Manage and Maintain Facilities and Office Consumables - Ensuring Stock levels are maintained. Produce a stock report on a weekly basis.
- Complete daily site walk:
- Check the Vending Machines.
- Check the Cleaning Contractors daily sign off sheets - If not signed, report to Facilities Manager.
- Check that the Gloves, Maks, Hair Nets etc are fully stocked if not lease with the Team to do so.
- Check overall cleanliness of all common areas/ Production.
- Reporting Near misses.
- Maintain part of our Facilities and Office budget - This is to be reviewed and overlooked by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
- Liaising with new suppliers, contractors, raising purchase orders up to the Value of 1k unless instructed by higher Management and managing deliveries. - All orders are to be reviewed by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
- Issuing permits to work - When the Maintenance department are not available.
- Working with the Maintenance Manager - Maintaining the Fiix System taking responsibility for the closure of PPM Tasks and highlighting defects to the Maintenance Manager, this will include some contractor management - booking in contractors for defectsand PPM’s. - Please note all service contracts will be actioned and managed by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
- Manage our stationery and stock of PPE, placing top up orders when required and completing stock counts
- Co-ordinate the Waste Contractor, charity collections and the yard team.
- Coordinate print solution, water dispensers and confidential waste contracts. - This is to be reviewed as a whole.
- Coordinate and maintain vending machines, where required to report failures and complete a failures defect log.
- Complete ad hoc Tasks requested by the Facilities and Maintenance Manager & Maintenance Manager.
