We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable **Finance and Compliance Co-ordinator**to join us on a permanent, **full-time** basis working at our **Sales & Distribution division** on site in **Banbury**

**As a Finance and Compliance Co-ordinator, your duties will include**:

- Supporting the CFO and Group Finance Director with administrative tasks where required including diary management, minute taking, screening and filtering calls and general ad-hoc PA duties.
- Administration of team annual leave and updating leave calendars
- Processing of monthly expenses and credit cards for directors.
- Assisting with the daily management of the company car fleet, including leasing/purchasing agreements, company registration plates, insurance database and car taxes.
- Supporting the overall effective running of the finance function, including management of ad-hoc projects which work to drive efficiencies and streamline operations.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Finance and Compliance Co-ordinator**:

- You must have fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Previous experience working in a finance department/division
- You will; have a full driving licence and be willing to travel using company pool car when required
- You must have intermediate to advanced levelof computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Outlook,Word and Powerpoint
- Experience of using Sage would be advantageous
