**Work Based Trainer**

We now have an optional working from home policy, providing employees are willing to come to Axia when required for meetings and training.

**Role Requirements**
- Prior experience delivering apprenticeship Standards with a track record of achievement.
- You must fall into the Business Administration or Lean Manufacturing categories.
- It would be an advantage if you can offer any of the following experience: Team Lead Supervisor, Customer Service, Facilities Management.
- Must be able to deliver face to face or remotely via Teams - one to one and groups.
- Individuals must have excellent communication skills with good level of English and maths.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will teach apprentices from level 2 to level 3 minimum.
- Plan and prepare teaching and learning and assessment plans for each learning session with groups of learners and individuals face to face classroom sessions and online remote sessions.
- Assessing and marking learners work to ensure that the qualification criteria and competence requirements are met.
- Work to agreed caseload targets. The caseload would initially be made up of well managed learners who are already in the system. Caseload numbers are a maximum of 40 for a full time post.
