**Job Offer**
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Working Hours - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday
Holidays - 25 days, rising to 27
Location - At our Head office - Stoke-On-Trent

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Head of Business Support Services you will be leading a team of operational trainers who deliver new employee onboarding and upskill training to our existing employees within our Contact centre, Customer Support and Customer Care teams.
You will work as part of the Senior Management team to deliver business objectives, supporting the design and delivery of new training programs from induction to management development.
As a passionate experienced facilitator, you will confidently introduce new learning techniques from classroom to e-learning, embracing not only the different delivery vehicles but also introducing new and exciting accelerated learning techniques, to enhance and improve existing training programs.
An eye for design and a firm grasp of the training cycle the Senior Trainer competently develops new and exciting operational and personal development training content in line with business needs and standards. Using best practice evaluation to help build MI and reporting, sharing with Senior stakeholders the impact of the learning and development.
**Personal qualities, experience, and skills**
- A training professional with at least 3 years’ experience
- Confident in training design and development
- Proficient in the use of training design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Adaptable facilitator, adapting to the delivery needs of the business and audience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a sound understanding of compliance
- CIPD qualified / Training qualification
- Insights / behavioural psychometric accreditation / experience
- LMS administration experience would be great, e-learning development would be fantastic
