Now, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated **Ride Trainer and Assessor** to join our team and ensure that both our rides and the team who operate them deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience every day.

**The Role**

As a **Rides Trainer and Assessor**, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our rides by training and assessing team members on safety procedures, operational standards, and customer service skills. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of guest safety and experience, ensuring that every ride operator and attendant meets our strict requirements for performance.

You will:

- Deliver engaging training sessions to ride operators, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate our attractions safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor team competency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Update training programs in line with new procedures, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Support the Rides Management Team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all training and assessments completed.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the park.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational standards.
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ride operators and attendants.
- Review performance and maintain high standards of training documentation.
- Identify any gaps in knowledge and provide targeted training sessions to address them.

Qualifications & Experience:
**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a strong background in training, ideally with experience in rides or attractions.
- Holds a recognised qualification in training and assessing (e.g., Train the Trainer, AET, TAQA) or is willing to work towards one.
- Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
- Is an excellent communicator, able to deliver clear instructions and feedback.
- Can work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about creating magical experiences for guests.
