We're seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-tier customer service for all import enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage import manifesting, data quality checks, and releases.
- Handle booking deliveries and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee empty management and additional charge recovery.
- Assist with invoicing within set guidelines and resolve any queries.
- Proactively manage accounts, offering personalised care when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on shipping regulations, rules, and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support colleagues and contribute to process improvement initiatives as part of our growing team.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in shipping is preferable but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on detail.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication.
- Basic proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and confident communication abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required to meet customer
