**Office Administrator - Bin Cleaning Services (Debt Recovery & Billing)**

**Bin Boutique is a professional wheelie bin cleaning company with 24 years’ experience, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an office-based administration role. This position will focus on recouping debt, chasing outstanding payments, and billing for industrial bin cleaning services.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-**Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding payments.*

**-**Issuing invoices and monitoring debt recovery processes.*

**-**Communicating with clients in a professional and effective manner.*

**-**Maintaining accurate records of payments and arrears.*

**-**Supporting the wider team with general administration duties as required.*

**Requirements**:
**-**Previous experience in debt recovery, credit control, or billing is preferred but not essential.*

**-**Confident and professional communication skills.*

**-**Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.*

**-**Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.*
