We are **Your Option**. We provide Property Services (cleaning, extreme cleaning, grounds maintenance and maintenance person work) to domestic and commercial properties.

As the Your Option **Office Coordinator **you will be the heart of the company, working with our team, clients and the Director.

Your experience of partnership working will allow you to take an active role on working with our clients and strengthening the relationship by ensuring the Your Option team goes above and beyond.

Coordinating and facilitating will play a big part in the role and you will often be juggling many different hats, so organisation skills are essential to ensure the day runs smoothly.

**Hours**:
This role is Full-time, 40 hours per week.

The hours will be between 8am
- 4pm / 9am-5pm

**Location**:
80% will be work from home. 20% will be occasional site visits and meeting clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talking to team members who are out on jobs and assisting them with details if they require help (e.g. this may be gaining access to a property)
- Collecting information and completion photo's from team members who have completed jobs.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

**Required Experience**:

- **PC Experience
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- Previous Coordinating experience

**Required Qualities**:

- **Helpful when speaking to team members
- Close attention to details
- Punctual, reliable and efficient.In this role you will be the heart of the company, working with our team, clients and the Director.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
