**Claims Handler - Middlesex based**
**Salary to 30k depending on experience**
**Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 from home**

A career awaits for an experienced Claims Handler, where you have the opportunity to co-ordinate claims as well as build and maintain strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industry sectors.
- you are responsible for co-ordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing and handling of insurance claims for the group.
- offer exceptional customer service to our clients, handling the claims in a timely and efficient manner,
- You will act as a liaison between the group, its insurance providers, agents, claimants and policyholders regarding status and eligibility for coverage for all claims.have experience working within a fast paced environment,
- experience dealing with first notification of loss (FNOL) by recording all claims on our bespoke system and forwarding notification immediately to insurers and/or uninsured loss recovery agents;
- be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own.

Previous experience of working within a Claims Handling role is essential to be considered - regardless of type of claim
