Grampian Accommodation Agency specialises in providing Property Rental and Property Management Services In Aberdeen since 1986.
We are an independent, locally owned company where we strive to provide excellent customer services to aid both landlords and tenants with their rental accommodation.
**PROPERTY VIEWING/ ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - P/T**
Responsible for all administrative duties and property viewings associated with property rentals.
**Monday to Thursdays - 20 hours per week**
**10:00 am to 15:30 with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch**
**Essential - Full Clean Drivers licence**
Key duties to perform include:
- Property Viewings with potential clients (company car provided) and providing feedback to clients and team members
- Monthly property inspections and reporting.
- Sundry deliveries to properties - ad hoc.
- Front Desk Operations
- Greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Liaising with clients for tenancy lease sign agreements and release of keys.
- Document Management
- Assist in preparing property listings, contracts and tenancy agreements
- Utilities transfers complete and property administration files up to date
- General office duties
Would suit enthusiastic, well presented and clear spoken person with good communication and organisational skills.
Administrative, customer service and sales experience preferred. Rate of pay dependant on level of experience.
**Start Date: March 2025**
**2 to 3 Month training period and base salary to increase thereafter.**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
