**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answering and transferring calls and forwarding online enquiries.
- Assisting with the advertising and scheduling of viewing appointments for property sales.
- Assisting to keep our social media channels updated for property sales.
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks within the Estate Agency team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed effectively.
- Undertake clerical duties such as managing mail and deliveries, filing, photocopying and scanning documents as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience on a busy telephone switchboard including dealing with calls in a friendly but efficient manner.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems and office software, particularly Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to deal with people sometimes in difficult situations.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Self-motivated but also willing to collaborate and support a team.

The role will be office based at our Property Shop, 432 Union Street, Aberdeen.
