**Office Administrator Vacancy (Part time, 14 hrs per week)**
**We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our successful team based in Horsham, West Sussex.**
**This role comprises a range of duties providing Admin support to the business.**
**Starting salary: £20,000 per annum pro-rata.**
**Working Hours: Initially 2 days per week or 14 hours per week with potential to increase to more days/hours per week. 9am-5pm with one hour lunch break. (We are happy to consider alternative/flexible options).**
**This position may suit: part time person who needs to be flexible around childcare, a retired/semi-retired person, a freelancer.**

**Range of Duties**
**Admin**
- Take/make calls - reception
- General data input & research
- Customer Care
- Complaints processing
- H.R. Processing
- Holiday & Cover planning process
- Diary management
- Fleet management
- Compliance document management
- Sub-contractor job sheets
- Updating Clients
- Support the Account Managers with the recruitment process
- Collation of new starter paperwork & references
- Administration of employment documentation
**Working hours and conditions**
- 14 Hours per week, with potential to increase to more Hours. (We are happy to consider alternative/flexible options)
- Working hours are 9.00AM to 17.00PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- You may be asked to work longer hours, so we would ask for a flexible approach.
- Working within a small friendly team in an open planned office environment
**Skills, interests and qualities required**
- Excellent spoken English communication, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (e.g Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Able to meet time deadlines as they arise.
- Ability to multitask, prioritising tasks and work on own initiative
- Able to form and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and third Parties
**Experience & qualifications required**
- At least 2 years’ previous experience of working in an Admin position
**Pay and Benefits (Admin Assistant)**
