Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our bubbly team within the white-goods industry, repairing and replacing domestic appliances. As well as repairs, we are also a Euronics agents with a shop located within our office premises.
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and basic administrative tasks
- Perform clerical duties such as inputing customer details into our diary system (servicem8)
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Ensure the office environment is organised.
- Invoicing, quotes and updating customers.
- Running the sales shop on Saturdays along side the daily office operations.
- Taking in deliveries and stock checking the appliances
- Organising and allocation of spare parts to the engineers
**Experience**
- Experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication
Training will be provided.
Due to rural location of the office a full driving licence and car is a must.
