Data Manager (Maximo)

Location: Hybrid (once/twice per week in Sandhurst office)

**Salary**: £60,000 - £70,000 + £5,250 car allowance + company benefits

Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Role purpose:
The role of the Senior Analyst is to lead a programme of works / product / functions and provide leadership, direction and support to allocated team members from within the Digital Team and is responsible for ensuring all aspects relating to their area ofresponsibility are delivered in an efficient, effective and professional manner. Usually, a Senior Analyst is appointed to manage high value or technically challenging / complex projects. They will be the expert (for their colleagues and stakeholders) keybusiness tools e.g. CAFM, MyMI etc.

Senior Analysts will work with the BU Leadership Team to identify opportunities to create additional value in our projects and sectors, and then work with their colleagues to deliver that value. Recognising the intrinsic links between Digital Operations,Development, and IT, the Senior Analysts will develop and maintain relationships with departmental and functional leaders in IT and the Digital Development Team. They will also support the Performance and Digital Leadership with the delivery of the function'sstrategic development plan (VMOST)

Role responsibilities:
Must have experience with IBM Maximo

Develop and Coordinate Business Unit and / or Sector Digital Strategy

Plan and resource for successful execution of the BU / Sector Digital Strategy

Own the planning and delivery of allocated tactics identified within the Performance Digital Teams annual strategic development plan (VMOST)

Oversee and manage the flow of work to their respective area of responsibility

Coordinate the set-up, management and administration of CAFM system

Develop and coordinate end user training sessions for core systems

Transform data for analysis / import / reporting tasks

Managing the migration of data from system to system

Use advanced analytical techniques to clean, transform, analyse and interpret data to enable decision making

Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Develop reports using Business Reporting tools and conforming to reporting governance

Oversee and coordinate content development for Business Tools e.g. V-Forms, Nimbus (Process Mapping), SharePoint

Lead in the setting and management of key objectives for Operational Analysts

Lead in the management of projects aligned to their area of operation / responsibility

Coordinate and lead the regular Operations Team progress reviews

Hold regular 1:1's and Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) with Analysts aligned to their area of responsibility

Carry out regular reviews of work in progress / completed to ensure compliance with Quality and Governance requirements

Maintain the Digital Team Value Log for their area of responsibility / team

Lead in the coordination and dissemination of lessons learned for their area of responsibility
