We're Hiring – Senior Data Cabling Engineer

Aspire Network Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced
Lead Data Engineer
to join our team

We're an established
structured cabling business
delivering complete managed installations across the UK from high-quality Cat6 and Cat6a cabling through to fibre and AV integration.

If you take pride in neat, detailed, professional installations and enjoy being part of a trusted, hard-working team, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

Experience in Cat6 & Cat6a structured cabling installations — including cable pulling, containment, termination, and patching.

Fibre optic installation skills.

AV experience would be an advantage.

A clean, tidy working approach and great attention to detail.

A full driving licence and ability to travel (short-term UK & European projects).

Role details:

Based near Sandhurst (GU47) – must live within a commutable distance.

Company van, mobile phone & credit card provided.

Salary: £38,000–£42,500 (negotiable).

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work (overtime rates apply).

20 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Paid travel expenses for overnight stays.
