**Property Sales Co ordinator - £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission**
Full-time, Permanent

Property maintenance company providing a variety of clients from housing associations to high-end estate agents.
We offer a professional service covering all types of property maintenance. This could be a carpenter to fit a new door lock, a gas safe plumber to install a new boiler or a full property refurbishment. No job is too small and, as a result, this means properties receive the care they deserve with a high level of customer service from both office and field staff.

THE ROLE:
We are looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit a dynamic Account Manager.
First class customer service is imperative and at the forefront of all your duties, whilst supporting the business to grow by bringing on new clients.

KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Booking in all job requests as soon as they are received and no later than 24 hours once received
- Thorough knowledge of engineer's skills and trades to increase productivity in jobs and minimise re-calls
- Ensuring booking confirmations are sent to clients once a booking is confirmed
- Update eWorks with user friendly descriptions and to cover all points to enable the engineers to have the best information possible to complete quotes / jobs
- Ensure jobs are booked in the same geographical locations to minimise engineer travel and to increase productivity
- Present, promote, and sell our services to existing and prospective clients
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new services
- Co-ordinate sales effort with team
- Provide customers with information on our services
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within a specified period
- Analysing and chasing outstanding quotes with current property managers and clients
- Tracking growth of client base and reporting to management
- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPIs by ensuring jobs are booked in accordance with engineer's skills and travel time. Also ensuring the jobs on hold are minimised

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
1. Experience in using Microsoft 365

2. Ability to multi-task

3. Great attention to detail

4. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure

5. Good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Good re-call / memory of ongoing jobs

7. Quick learner and eager to learn and grow

8. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at one time whilst maintaining sharp attention to details

9. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales

10. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - sales

11. Experience managing campaigns

12. Experience working within a property maintenance
