**PROJECT COORDINATOR - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract**
**Role Overview**
The Business Change team is responsible for delivery of enterprise-wide programmes and projects sponsored by the Business Operations functions.The team also works alongside the Product and Solution Delivery team supporting the creation of legal servicesolutions and technology products.The change portfolio of work is broad in range and includes business process improvements, business transformation and technology implementations, often working with a third-party supplier or solution provider.The BusinessChange team works closely with other teams in Technology Services, together ensuring that all aspects of complex change projects are delivered successfully.
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
- Project Management qualification is preferred (APM, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or Agile PM)
- Experience working as a project coordinator or equivalent within a programme or project delivery team
- Experience of working in a programme and project delivery function in an international organisation
- Experience of following project delivery best practices, policies, procedures and processes with ability to adapt them as appropriate to meet the specific needs of the change programme or project
- Awareness of procurement processes and selection processes including key activities required to manage relationship with third-party implementation partner and/or solution provider
- Good understanding of strategic themes, epics, features, product management and product ownership techniques and principles
- Understanding of core legal systems (including iManage Work, Aderant PMS, Interaction CRM and BigHand) is preferred but not essential.
- Legal sector or professional services experience gained in an international firm is desirable; understanding and experience of legal business processes
