Key Role Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor telecoms project activities in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Support development of project plans, schedules, and resource management. Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery. Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change control. Track and report on project progress, risks, and issue resolutions. Facilitate project meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions. Provide 1st Line Support cover when needed. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company standards. Key Attributes Required Proven experience in telecoms or IT project coordination. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Solid understanding of telecoms systems, infrastructure, and terminology. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking.
