Telecoms Project Manager required who has experience implementing telecommunications solutions for major events. You will need to be a knowledge leader, support the team, have an analytical approach to resolving any issues and be able to perform a varietyof complex technical activities and investigations.

Responsibilities: -- Lead the venue Telecoms team, provide any reporting and deliver briefings to the team.
- Provide Telecoms input to the technology venue planning.
- Support and work towards budget while ensuring effective and efficient venue operations.
- Be the senior point of contact within the venue for any resolution of Telecoms issues
- Manage key stakeholder relationships as well as other venue based key suppliers and leading on telecommunications initiatives
- Responsible for delivery of all fixed and mobile telecoms products and services at venue
- Understand the requirements of the functional areas during and post venue planning to ensure their telecoms requirements for venue are fully accommodated.
- Assist with developing the allocation, management and recovery plans for venue test events, technical rehearsals and any other tests.

Experience and skills required: -- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Strong project management with hands on approach
- Good knowledge and understanding of venue telecoms services, eg. LAN networking, WAN circuit delivery and IP telephony
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Experience of working in a live operational support environment

This exciting project is a 6 month contract.
