About Novar

Novar is a youth-led initiative committed to amplifying the voices of young leaders, changemakers, and emerging innovators from around the world. Through the Seat and the Say Project, we spotlight stories that inspire, challenge, and broaden perspectives across diverse communities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive coordinator to support and lead the Seat and the Say Project. This role focuses on identifying young leaders globally and reaching out to them with an invitation to share their stories for publication on Novar's platforms.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify youth leaders, innovators, and changemakers worldwide


• Reach out via email or social media to invite them to be featured


• Maintain a weekly workflow and constant communications with the SeatAndTheSay team


• Encourage nominees to share their stories through our submission form


• Liaise with the team to coordinate features and ensure smooth communication


• Contribute ideas for strengthening outreach and social media engagement


• Support occasional communication tasks as assigned

Time Commitment

2 to 3 hours per week

3 to 4 month project duration
