Travel
- This role is important for our community and there will be an expectation to visit tenants and residents in their homes, attend external meetings, and inspections of estates as well as some office based work.

**Requirements**:
**Outline of key responsibilities**:

- You will assist with the management and resolving of tenancy and estate management issues, as part of one team.
- Being proactive to investigate potential breaches of tenancy conditions and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve matters, including serving Notices of Seeking Possession, preparing evidence, recommending injunctions or other legal action and attending court hearings.
- You will assist with resident queries, liaising with other teams as necessary to ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and within service standards and KPI’s.
- You will manage low-level anti-social behaviour and nuisance cases, working in partnership with the ASB lead
- To undertake on a regular basis, estate and neighbourhood inspections
- Work with tenants, including undertaking and contributing to risk assessments, making referrals to other agencies for support etc. in order to seek to sustain their tenancies.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Demonstrate experience of ability to work as a flexible, collaborative team member working with colleagues to deliver business objectives
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, prioritising work and completing tasks as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Knowledge and understanding of current legislation in relation to housing issues, particularly landlord and tenant law within social housing
