_Promoting a high-end range of dry lining and internal dry wall products. Tracking commercial projects with main contractors, architects and specialist subcontractors across London and the South East._

**Package**: circa £40k-£45k basic +20% OTE (+40% with over-riders), car, laptop, mobile, pension & 25 day's holiday
**Territory**: London and the South East
**Products**: Specialist dry lining and internal dry wall products, with a wide range of complimentary flooring, tiling and cladding products to up-sell and fall back on
**Customers**: Architects, main contractors, subcontractors and distributors - with the emphasis on the education sector

**The Role - Area Sales Manager**:

- Tracking and winning commercial projects with architects, main and subcontractors
- Promoting a high-end range of dry lining and internal dry wall products
- Alongside a complimentary range of flooring, tiling and cladding materials
- The emphasis will be on winning projects from within the education and leisure sector, but not exclusively
- Working with five main contractors on established supply-chain agreements
- As well proactively securing specifications with architects and specifiers
- A fantastic range of products with loads of USP's, based around strength, durability, acoustic and fire protection qualities

**The Successful Applicant**:

- A field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry
- Applicants with commercial interiors or specification backgrounds will be readily received, but is by no means essential
- Most important is you can demonstrate success tracking and winning projects within the construction industry
- Whilst having a professional, structured, proactive and target driven approach to solution sales
