Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Tools, Fasteners & Accessories

Area to be covered: London & South East
Remuneration: £40,000 + £7,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Tools, Fasteners & Accessories will involve:

- Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of manufactured tools, fasteners and accessories such as: power tools, nailers, staplers, drills, screwdrivers, cordless tools, fasteners and accessories
- 60% of your time will be spend selling to industrial / construction end-users such as: modular accommodation companies, timer frame manufactures, steel frame manufacturers, furniture companies etc
- The remaining 40% of your time will be spent selling to independent & national dealers such as: national merchants, independent merchants & buying groups for example: Travis Perkins, MKM, Fortis and NBG
- Inheriting a territory turning over £330k with huge growth potential

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Tools, Fasteners & Accessories with:

- Must have technical sales experience (will be open on industrial / construction products sold)
- Ideally sold to both end-users & dealers
- End-user relationship are more important that dealers
- Comfortable in both managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business
- Genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
- Honest, organised, autonomous, loyal and looking for a long term opportunity
