A field sales role promoting an industry leading range of lintels and structural building materials. Account managing the relationship with an established network of builder's merchants, whilst equally tracking projects with contractors, local developersand regional house builders.

**Package**: Excellent basic salary with a £12k OTE, car, laptop and mobile
**Territory**:Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London
**Selling**:Lintels, windposts, bricks slips, masonry support and structural building materials
**Customers**: Builders merchants, construction distributors, contractors, regional house builders, local developers, structural engineers and specifiers

**THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager**:

- A field based territory sales role, promoting my clients industry leading range of lintels, windposts, bricks slips and masonry support products
- Account managing and developing the relationship with an established network of builders merchants and specialist distributors
- Whilst tracking and winning projects with contractors, regional house builders and local developers
- With all projects back-sold through your distribution network
- Working alongside colleagues in other divisions, and a first class technical support team that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:

- A field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling
- Your sales experience is most likely to have been gained within or around the construction industry
- This could have been from a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, and be from any discipline of the construction industry, light-side, heavy-side, interiors, heating & plumbing
- Just as long as are proactive, self-motivated and target driven with excellent communication skills
