A multi-industry organisation spanning financial services, automotive, and the charitable sector is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager.

This financial services group empowers a car leasing scheme that supports nearly 700,000 disabled people across the UK. As such, the new Senior Marketing Manager will join the UK's largest car fleet operator and will help to make a meaningful impact on lotsof lives.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will aid a nationwide marketing team of more than 30 with the brand's digital-first B2C strategy across social media (paid & organic), PPC, SEO, and online content. The Senior Marketing Manager will manage a small teamthat will continue to grow.

Central London HQ - remote / hybrid working available (2 days a week in the office).

**The Senior Marketing Manager will**:

- Implement B2C multi-channel digital strategies across content, PPC, social media (including paid ads) and SEO
- Using data and insights to map the appropriate customer audiences and to plot the customer journey to deliver ROI-focused, action-oriented results
- Manage a small team across multiple programmes

**Required skills and experience of the Senior Marketing Manager**:

- Preferably, 5+ years marketing and digital (including paid media) experience (B2C)
- Ideally, experience managing a team of at least 3
- Demonstrable experience in working successfully with multiple stakeholders
