The role of **Senior Marketing Manager**:
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to move up the career ladder, develop their skills through innovative internal and external training, and join a leading B2B events company. This role will report directly into the Marketing Director, workingin a wider marketing team. The role will be responsible for managing, developing and executing a full marketing strategy for 20 global events planned this year

The main objective of this role is to take a strong hold on lead generation and events marketing campaigns. You will need to be ambitious and hands on with a strong work ethic. As a Senior Marketing Manager you will also be expected to plan and execute themarketing strategy for the portfolio, and provide end to end management of all marketing campaigns within the strategy.

Responsibilities for the **Senior Marketing Manager** role include:

- Plan, develop and deliver cohesive marketing campaigns that will achieve the targeted delegate registration
- Manage the budget for the portfolio topics, and event campaigns.
- Closely measure the performance of the events, promotions and usability.
- Work closely with the production and sales team to source and maintain positive relationships with partners.
- Utilise the CRM (Salesforce and Hubspot) to generate list build strategies and for reporting.

To be considered **you must have**:

- Worked as a Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Executive in a B2B commercial marketing role
- Strong understand of delivering event campaigns
- Managerial experience is desirable
- A working knowledge of marketing automation and lead scoring
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Salary - £43,000-£47,000
