**Engagement Marketing Manager - European / International Financial Services - London (remote offered)**

Superb opportunity to join this leading global financial / investment brand a Cross Border Engagement Marketing Manager, to help deliver the end to end marketing strategy for their European financial products offering.
You will take a lead role in defining the member engagement and communications collateral, developing content to support the strategy, in order to increase client and member satisfaction, drive greater member engagement and loyalty, and ensure better financialoutcomes.
**Key Skills**
- Demonstrable experience of delivering engaging cross channel marketing activity in a global, European, or multi-country context with a focus on digital and direct marketing.
- Educated to degree level with strong written English. You will need to have attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills for copy accuracy and you will need flexible editing skills for multi-media channels.
- Experience working in Financial Services (preferably asset management, wealth, pensions, investments, etc).
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage projects end to end. Be able to drive quality and excellence and make sure that projects are delivered on time, on brand and within budget.
- A good understanding of the international financial landscape, specifically in Europe and be comfortable with communicating the principles of savings, retirement, and financial wellness to an international audience.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Your success in this role will be reliant on your ability to forge effective relationships with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Experience of working with compliance and have a good understanding of regulatory impact.
- Strong language skills beyond English is a plus, with preference for continental European languages: Dutch, French, German, or Italian.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Bring your knowledge, experience and insight to support the development and continuous improvement of cross border marketing
- Develop and deliver a rich customer relationship marketing programme through a premium member engagement experience. Working with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external third-party specialists and agencies, you will be responsible for agreed B2B,B2C and B2B2C campaigns, across integrated media and multiple investing work streams and initiatives, with a strong bias on digital and direct communication.
- Review and enhance member engagement and communication journeys and manage the customer experience. Specifically, delivering relevant and compelling communication through connected multi-channel journeys, across all brand touchpoints.
- Work with the wider marketing team and business to streamline data and technology for reporting, measuring and enhancing communication; developing and communicating employee insight, creating aggregated dashboards, trend analysis and ensuring that communicationmeets data protection regulations.
- Play an integral role in bringing proposition and product development initiates to market, with a focus on digitisation and new product development best practice
- Work alongside a global team to deliver global thought leadership initiatives and content, such as Financial Wellness, into the cross border business and experience. This will include localising content, developing customer focused messages, creating integratedmarketing materials that are globally consistent and locally relevant, to bring global initiatives to market.
- Develop country specific content as needed as per local market needs, trends and regulations.
- Work closely with the cross border commercial teams to develop standard sales and marketing material for prospective clients, including messaging around the product value propositions and positioning.
