An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with a high level of administrative and secretarial experience. You will need experience of the Microsoft package and other IT packages used within the Hospital will also be an advantage. As is the ability to provide efficient, accurate and prompt secretarial support to the CAMHS Directorate

The post holder is required to demonstrate initiative and to work independently within defined policy where work is assessed at intervals to ensure sound administrative and data systems are in place to support the clinical teams in an efficient and effective way.

Provide efficient and effective high quality communication services involving face to face and telephone conversations.

To support colleagues in providing cover in periods of absence and to support the completion of urgent tasks in team member’s absence.
The post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
