**Job description: Office administrator (temp to perm)**

**Responsibilities**:
To primarily provide supportive assistance with the administrative workload.
- To assist with admin duties when required including; typing up documents or service reports, or health and safety reports
- Maintaining customer database and uploading new enquiries
- Raising purchase orders and following up as instructed
- General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing
- To organise/schedule customer appointments
- To maintain the team’s online filing systems
- To set up new jobs/projects and administer existing jobs
- Must have prior admin experience, min 5 years experience
- Positive and can do attitude
- Solution focused with attention to detail
- uses own initiative
- good standard of computer skills with professional communication skills
- strong customer service abilities
- agreement to work extra hours some Monday/Tuesday to cover holiday and sickness where needed
- reliability

**Hours of work**:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 9am to 5pm

Will be required to cover holiday and sickness when needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
