**Business Intelligence Team Administrator**

We are recruiting for an administrator to join our friendly and welcoming Business Intelligence team. This role will be for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to inviting patients for long term condition reviews, providing administrative support to the Care Home/Frailty Team, and providing administrative support to the Mental Health Team.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inviting patients who are due long term condition reviews in line with QOF guidance
- Providing administrative support to our Care Home and Frailty Team
- Working as part of the surgeries income generation team to meet targets
- Taking part in audits
- Being aware of GDPR Requirements and ensure they are being adhered to at all times.
- Although this is not a reception role, you may be expected to cover the Reception Team if and when the need arises.
- Manage own time, workload, and resources
- Attaching patient related scanned documents to patient’s healthcare records
- To promptly action tasks in relevant task boxes and those assigned personally
- Carry out system searches as requested
- Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested

Essential
- Experience of working with the general public
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- High level of computer literacy
- Clear polite telephone manner
- Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
- Effective time management (Planning & Organising)
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to follow policy and procedure
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work outside of core office hours
- Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Maintains confidentiality at all times

Desirable
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Experience of administrative duties
- EMIS / Systmone / Vision user skills

**The schedule of work will be**:
24 hours a week
- Monday - 08.00-18.00
- Tuesday - Non working day
- Wednesday - 08.00-14.00
- Thursday - Non working day
- Friday - 08:00 - 18:00

**Expected Interview Date: W/C 19th May**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
