This varied role offers flexibility to work full or part time depending on the needs of the successful candidate, and provides the chance to be involved in a wide range of accounting and administrative activities.Key responsibilitiesManaging the purchase ledger and processing supplier paymentsPreparing and issuing sales invoicesPosting receipts and payments into accounting systemsCompleting bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate recordsManaging utilities, supplier contracts and liaising with external contactsProviding general administrative and finance support to the wider teamYou will bring previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience, solid IT and Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail.
