**About the Team**
The Community Fundraising team plays a vital role in supporting the charity, raising millions of pounds every year from individuals, companies, clubs and schools from all over the UK. This vibrant team of 15 is split into four main areas, each focussing ona different aspect of community engagement.
GOSH have invested in the staff and resources needed to deliver significant growth with a 10 year fundraising strategy. With a fantastic charity brand and incredible networks, there has never been a better time to join the charity.
**About You**
- Experience of securing new opportunities through excellent relationship building skills
- Exceptional communication skills - so much of our job relies on this attribute
- An interest in, and evidence of, showcasing leadership skills
- Experience of presenting to, working with and influencing multiple different stakeholder groups at different seniority levels
- Proven ability in successfully delivering against fundraising plans and targets
- A natural, confident collaborator who enjoys teambuilding

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, over 600 seriously ill children from across the UK arrive for life-changing treatments. Every day, young lives hang in the balance as patients, families and staff battle themost complex illnesses. Without donations, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity can’t help fund ground-breaking research, advanced equipment, child and family support services, and the rebuilding and refurbishmentof wards and medical facilities. **Our approach to hybrid working**
This role is based in our Central London office (WC1N, opposite Russell Square underground) with the option to work remotely up to three days a week.
