This role will be based from our Halifax office and can be used as a base when you need. You will spend most of the time in this job out “on the road” meeting customers, contractor’s, and other team members, or working from home.

**This is a permanent full-time position, you will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Working arrangements are flexible in line with our SMART Working culture so that we deliver an excellent and accessible service for customers.**

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Tenant Liaison Officer to join our Asset Management team. You must be keenly organised with a knack for juggling lots of jobs and having an excellent customer service focused mindset. Your role will be vital to the smooth running of the planned upgrades function and as a valued member of the team you will be fully supported by a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary team.

The work is varied For example, this year are working with lots of contractors fitting new kitchens/bathrooms/ windows & doors. We are working on external schemes replacing roofs, maintaining boundary walls. As well as demolition and regeneration schemes. Giving you the opportunity to perhaps learn some new skills, as well as developing your existing ones Your workload will be varied and travelling to all areas across the business will be required to deliver the works.

**What you’ll be doing**
- You will be the key point of contact for all customers throughout the entire process of any planned improvement works.
- You will be responsible to act as the liaison between our customers contractors, Project Co-ordinators, any other and other agencies to ensure that we can continue to deliver a highly effective and efficient service during planned improvement works.
- Keep yourself up to date on all aspects of planned improvement works, so that you can keep customers up to date on all relevant factors. These factors could include;
- Timescales involved
- Contractor details
- Any potential disruption
- Any preparation that our customers would be required to have done
- Any dangers and risks that may be expected
- Collating customer satisfaction scores
- You will be required to undertake home visits to assist with the various stages of the consultation process

**What we ask of you**
- Experience of having worked within a customer based environment - specifically where you have dealt with difficult customers, respecting their opinions and keeping them informed of everything
- Experience of having organised and planned your own workload, whilst being able to prioritise several competing tasks
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal as well as written - with an ability to adapt your style to suit differing needs of different audiences.

**Due to the nature of the role, you must have a Full Driving License and access to a vehicle insured for business use**
