James Hargreaves Plumbing Depot, one of England's biggest leading Independent Plumbers Merchant requires a Branch Assistant to work at our Hertford branch.

The successful applicant will be working as part of a small dynamic team. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, flexible and willing to experience and learn all aspects of the business within the branch. Main duties will consist of serving customers to provide excellent customer service, telephone enquiries, processing orders, purchasing, stores/stock management and driving a van making local deliveries will be required.

If you are an ambitious individual who is keen to learn new skills which could lead to progressing your career for a company that is expanding across the South of England then we would like to hear from you.

Requirement for role: Positive attitude, initiative, customer facing experience, basic numeracy, literacy, computer skills and **driving licence.**

We can offer: a career path to management, goods rates of pay, uniform and an engaging working environment (you are not just a number). The job hours are 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with Saturday Mornings on a rota basis (paid as overtime), paid holiday (22 days per annum) increasing to 24 with service.
