Our client is a market leader in their sectorand these roles are critical to their business growth. They operate in a flexible, hybrid model. Do you have strong Customer Service skills? Our clients Customer Success team is looking for someone like you.
**The role**:

- You will have responsibility for over 200 warm, public-sector accounts and dealing with inbound queries, providing technical support, and training
- You will assist the clients to navigate the system and improve their productivity and usage
- Provide training to clients which will mainly be via Zoom / Teams or on occasion Face to Face
- The role will require you to build and strengthen relationships

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Strong communications skills, written, verbal and face to face
- Someone looking to become a product expert
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, WFH and their Guildford office

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of customer success or helpdesk expertise
- A general interest in IT, SaaS software would be essential
- Account management experience
